BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – Timilon Technology acquisitions LLC, the manufacture of the FAST-ACT® technology has named Dieter Rothbacher as the new International Business Manager today. This new position will support the company’s efforts to establish and expand FAST-ACT® globally with an emphasis on the European market.
FAST-ACT® is a chemical hazard containment and neutralization system for liquid and vapor threats. The brand’s patented earth-mineral technology versatility is ideal to use in a variety of applications, including HAZMAT response, equipment and suit decontamination, and chemical vapor neutralization.
“Our mission will be to get all first-responder and military organizations to know and understand the advantages of dry decontamination with FAST-ACT®,” said Mr. Rothbacher. “We want to establish the global use of FAST-ACT® within CBRN and HAZMAT units in the very near future.”
Mr. Rothbacher professional background includes more than 25 years of experience in the area of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Materials (CBRN) and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). He graduated from the Austrian Military Academy ranked lieutenant colonel, and is currently part of the directive board of the Master Courses in protection against CBRNe events at the University of Tor Vergata, Italy, where he has also delivered lectures to students since 2012.
